Autumn Limited Menu Such As “Gozen” and BBQ at Kaiou Ichiba in CRAFT CIRCUS

For a limited time from October 7, 2025, a limited autumn menu of “gozen” and BBQ will be offered at the restaurant “Kaiou Ichiba” located in Awaji Island’s seaside restaurant and market “CRAFT CIRCUS”. With the autumn limited menu, you can enjoy autumn’s specialties while enjoying the view of the Seto Inland Sea.

Awaji Island located in the Seto Inland Sea is a popular resort full of beautiful nature, gourmet food, interesting culture and Japanese mythological history as the birthplace of Japan. The island is just roughly one hour from Osaka and 30 min. from Kobe Sannomiya by car or public transportation.

Autumn Limited Menu, Gozen and BBQ

The autumn-limited menu includes a variety of “gozen sets” and “BBQ sets” that are unique to Awaji Island, which has welcomed the coolness of autumn. In Japan, we say that seasonal good food gives us a big appetite in autumn.

You can now have a “Jyo Gozen Set” by adding a set of a seasonal side dish, miso soup, onion salad, and “dashimaki tamago” (egg omelet with dashi soup) made with Awaji Island’s Kitasaka Poultry Farm to your choice of “donburi” (a rice bowl with your choice of toppings). This addition is 800 yen.

By adding wagyu beef (plus 1,800 yen) to the above “Jyo Gozen Set,” you can enjoy cooking Wagyu beef on a cooking stove on your table. If you prefer an Awaji brand beef, at additional 2,300 yen, you can add Awaji beef sirloin to “Jyo Gozen Set”. The luxurious “Kaio Seafood & Meat Gozen” includes wagyu beef, shrimp and scallops at additional 2,300 yen. The “Kaiou Beef Tongue Gozen” which you can enjoy wagyu beef tongue at additional 2,800 yen. (All prices include tax.)

The BBQ set menu is now updated with exciting additions. In addition to the “A set” (2,800 yen) which includes fresh vegetables and seafood from Awaji Island, sausage, chicken wings, and pork, there are also luxurious sets: B set (3,500 yen) adding Awaji beef to A Set, C set (5,000 yen) which adds beef tongue to B set, and D set (6,000 yen) which adds turban shells, clams, octopus to C set, and E set (8,500 yen) which adds Awaji beef rib steak to C set.

On the west coast of Awaji Island, where the autumn breeze is pleasant, you can enjoy a gozen menu where you can enjoy fresh fish and meat all at once, as well as a renewed BBQ set that you can enjoy empty-handed, while looking out at the magnificent ocean that has been selected as one of “Japan’s Top 100 Sunsets.”
