Summer Luxury Buffet at Ocean Terrace

From June 2nd to August 31st, 2025, the “Summer Luxury Buffet” will be offered at the grill restaurant “Ocean Terrace” on Awaji Island.

Approximately 30 kinds of exquisite dishes using seasonal ingredients will be available to help you stay cool during the hot summer.

There are plenty of attractive dishes and abundant ingredients such as nutritious summer vegetables such as tomatoes and zucchini, fresh local fish such as whitebait and fugu, and local fruits such as figs and lemons.

Summer Luxury Buffet

This buffet will feature many menu items that bring out the charm of naturally grown seasonal ingredients from Awaji Island. This is a hot campaign to enjoy the hot summer.

“Tuna Pickled in Senzan Soy Sauce” is a cold dish in which tuna is marinated in “Senzan Soy Sauce” made in Awaji Island, which goes perfectly with sashimi. Increases appetite even on hot days.

“Awaji Kama-age Shirasu and Summer Vegetables Ario Olio” is a fragrant, garlic-scented dish made with Kama-age Shirasu and summer vegetables.

“Awaji puffer fish frit with romesco sauce” is a dish made with deep-fried Awaji Island puffer fish, which has firm and smooth flesh and is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

“Adult Matcha Anmitsu” is a sweet bean paste and matcha water yokan. You can enjoy the chewy shiratama dumplings with the sweet bean paste that comes with it. This is an irresistible dish for matcha lovers.

“Awaji Fig Pound Cake” is a cake made with figs from Awaji Island, which are characterized by their high sugar content and juicy flesh. “Refreshing Awaji Lemon Tart” is a masterpiece with a refreshing acidity and aroma that will make you feel like summer.
