“Awaji Beef Sukiyaki with Tomatoes from the Mountains and Seas”
You will enjoy a sumptuous sukiyaki with the highest grade of A5 Awaji beef. Sukiyaki is the ultimate in new Japanese cuisine, with four different special ways to enjoy it under the supervision of chef Yamashita. The pot is prepared with minimal broth and only vegetables such as Awaji Island onions and tomatoes, which are cooked right in front of you to remove the water from the vegetables. The “reverse sukiyaki,” in which the highest grade of Awaji beef is added and served with a special sauce, is an exquisite finishing touch.
