Winter Limited Menu “Daily Hot Pot dishes” at CRAFT CIRCUS

From Monday, December 2, 2025, Kaiou Market, located in Craft Circus, a seaside restaurant and market overlooking the Seto Inland Sea on the west coast of Awaji Island, will offer three types of daily hotpot dishes made with luxurious fresh seafood as a new winter-only menu.This is a special hot pot available for a limited time to blow away the winter cold.

Enjoy winter gourmet food unique to Japan using fresh seafood while admiring the spectacular view that has been selected as one of Japan’s top 100 sunsets.

Winter Limited Menu “Daily Hot Pot dishes”

The three daily hot pot dishes are “Seafood Oden Hot Pot”, “Seafood Kimchi Hot Pot”, and “Buri Shabu Hot Pot”. The ingredients are different every day.

The Seafood Oden Hotpot is simmered in a flavorful soup stock and contains plenty of fresh seafood such as daikon radish, eggs, shrimp, and squid. The flavor of the soup stock that soaks into the ingredients is perfect for the cold season.

The Seafood Kimchi Hotpot, which is characterized by its spicy and deep flavor, is made with seafood such as clams, oysters, and large shellfish, as well as a variety of toppings such as tendon meat and meatballs.

The Buri Shabu Hotpot is made with generous amounts of yellowtail and scallops, which are representative of winter delicacies, and by quickly dipping them in soup stock, the natural flavor of the ingredients spreads throughout your mouth.
