Summer Limited Event “Emergency Special Mission Splash Godzilla” at Godzilla interception operation

From July 5th to September 30th, 2025, the extremely popular summer event “Emergency Special Mission Splash Godzilla” will be held at the popular attraction “Godzilla Intercept Operation” located in Nijigennomori, Awaji Island.

It will be an exhilarating zip line that combines “Big Screams” and “Drenching Wetness”. Experience the best splash summer of the year. A “Soaked Wet” SNS campaign will also be held at the same time.

Summer Limited Event “Emergency Special Mission Splash Godzilla”

As Japan’s summers get hotter every year, the body temperature of the life-sized Godzilla, who is currently inactive on Awaji Island, rises rapidly. NIGOD will hold “Splash Godzilla” again this year, in which a large amount of water is sprayed to cool Godzilla.

During the event, those taking the zipline “Internal Course” will be able to enjoy a summer-only production in which a large amount of water shoots up from directly below while gliding.

Participants can cool off their whole bodies along with Godzilla on the “Soaking and Refreshing Zipline” where they are bathed in a giant water cannon that shoots up from directly below. You can scream, get wet, and have the most fun summer to the fullest.

This year, a new “Soaked Wet” SNS campaign will be held at the same time, allowing you to show off your soaking wet appearance to your friends.

If you post a photo or video of yourself soaking wet after trying the zipline on SNS with the designated hashtag, you will receive original goods from the Godzilla Interception Mission.

The hashtags are “#Nijigennomori” and “#Godzillainterceptionoperation”. Show the staff the screen you posted on various SNS.
