Anime Japan 2024 is back, with this year’s catchphrase being ‘New Era of Anime (Anime Shinjidai – アニメ、新時代).

Although referred to as ‘booths’, they feel more like designated areas where each company showcases its exhibits, with larger companies having more extensive areas.

Anime Japan 2024 also includes a cosplay area, perfect for capturing photos of cosplayers or trying out cosplay yourself. Additionally, there is an area with numerous booths selling anime collaboration food. You might be under the impression that Awaji Island is distant from Tokyo, which is true, but there are several transportation options available to reach the island located in the same Kansai area, including Osaka, Kyoto and Nara. The Shinkansen and flights are the quickest modes. Once you are in the Kobe area, you are already close to Nijigen no Mori, only a 30-min drive/a ride on an express bus.
