Ortorana Pizza with 7 Varieties of Summer Vegetables – 2,200 yen (tax included)

Introducing “Ortonara”, miele’s summer-exclusive pizza bursting with amazing flavors and textures. True to its name, which means “loaded with vegetables” in Italian, this dish is colorful and uses Awaji Island-grown seasonal vegetables. From onions and eggplant to juicy tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, and okra, each bite is a celebration of freshness.

Accompanied by crispy onion chips, savory bacon, and fragrant basil, this pizza promises flavors that will transport you to the sunny fields of Italy!

Honey Lemon Pizza 1,700 yen (tax included)

Introducing miele’s delightful sweet and sour dessert pizza, perfect for cooling off even amid summer’s heat. Made with creamy cream cheese and zesty lemon, this dessert is a refreshing treat.

Complementing the tanginess of the lemon, the mixed nuts are soaked in honey by miele, adding a delightful texture and rich flavor to every bite. You can also add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for just 150 yen (tax included).

“miele,” meaning “honey” in Italian, is aptly named for the restaurant, where honey takes center stage in a variety of fantastic dishes, from desserts to savory. The ocean is just one meter away, making this a fantastic location. Feel the ocean breeze on the deck terrace, which makes you feel like you’re on a ship, and enjoy the resort-like atmosphere.
