A Café & Restaurant with a Superb Seaside View

Honey Café/Pizzeria and One of the “Top 100 Sunsets in Japan”
To Reopen on July 11!

miele, meaning “honey” in Italian, is known for its cuisine and sweets made with fresh, local ingredients and honey produced on Awaji Island. The popular place scheduled to reopen on July 11 is based on the concept of a “honey café and pizzeria with a view of the sea,” and features new indoor seating on the second floor that can be enjoyed regardless of weather conditions, and terrace seating on the third floor with a view of the Harimanada Sea, where you can relax and enjoy the magnificent view of the west coast of Awaji Island. A sunset is especially amazing, being selected as one of the "Top 100 Sunsets in Japan."

Try the popular pizza topped with the local delicacy of steamed fish known as "shirasu" (white bait) that is poured over until you say "Stop!" In addition, we offer a wide range of dishes such as “Limone Formaggi,” a dolce pizza using honey lemon and “Grana Padano,” a cheese popular in Italy with a gentle taste, “Roman-style Carbonara with Kitasaka Eggs,” using brand eggs from Awaji Island’s Kitasaka Chicken Farm and Awaji Mengyo’s glutinous fresh pasta, “miele's Homemade Tiramisu,” a rich mousse with egg yolk and honey with a moderate sweetness and light taste, and many more. All of the menu items feature the charm of locally harvested ingredients and locally caught seafood, creating body-and mind-friendly dishes.

The sea is just 1m from miele. Please enjoy a wonderful moment at the terrace while gazing at the sparkling blue sea as if you were on a ship.
