Two Fun Events for Children to Celebrate 4th Anniversary in Dragon Quest Island

To commemorate the fourth anniversary of the opening of Dragon Quest Island at an anime-themed Park, Nijigen no Mori in Hyogo Prefectural Awaji Island Park on May 15, 2025 (Thursday), a special event titled “Dragon Quest Island 4th Anniversary Thanksgiving Festival” will be held in the attraction area. The event will be held from April 26 (Saturday) through July 27 (Sunday), and will feature a variety of special events that everyone from children to adults can enjoy as the main character. This time we will introduce two fun events for children.

Limited to Children “Get Gorgeous Prizes! Mini Game Challenge”

One “free mini-game ticket” will be distributed to each visitor with a child ticket to play one of the four mini-games that will be held during this Thanksgiving Festival. This year’s four mini-games will include three games that have been popular in the past, “Onion Slime Korokoro Game,” “Doki Doki Ring Throw Challenge,” and “Monster Battle Strike,” as well as the new “Slime Shoot Challenge.” Participants who completed all four games will receive a “Dancing Jewel” mini drawstring bag, an original novelty exclusively available only at Dragon Quest Island! Enjoy competing for the highest score in the four games and get an original novelty item.

Free mini-game tickets will be given to those who enter with a child ticket during the period, allowing them to experience one of the following four limited-time mini-games at free of charge.
【Summary of mini games】
Four stalls will be set up in the fair area. Each game costs 500 yen per game, and those who participate in all games will receive an original novelty “Dancing Jewel” mini drawstring bag as a free gift.
 1) “Onion Slime Korokoro Game”
  Roll 5 onion balls and get a bingo in a 3 x 3 square hole, either vertically, horizontally or diagonally.
  You will receive a prize.
 2) “Doki-Doki Ring-Throw Challenge”
  Challenge to throw a ring at a target five times.
If you can throw the ring into 3 different target sticks, you will get a prize.
 3) “Monster Battle Strike”
  Throw 3 balls at the target with monsters on it and get points for each defeated monster! 
  Prizes will be given away according to the total points earned.
 4) “Slime Shoot Challenge”
  Slide the slime cart toward the target three times in a row.
  A prize will be given away!

Limited to ages 4 and under “Let’s cast a spell!”

As an exclusive event of this Thanksgiving Festival, we have decided to hold a first time quest “Let’s Chant a Spell!” for children 4 years old and younger as a limited event of this Thanksgiving Festival! The “merchant” who owns the mini-game stall at the Thanksgiving Festival will give you a certain “magic words.” By remembering to tell the words to the “fortune teller” in the attraction area, you will receive an original “Dragon Quest Island” balloon as a gift. The latest event, which only children can try, is about to start! Let’s go on the first big adventure of your life at Dragon Quest Island, which celebrates its 4th anniversary.
