From September 1st to November 30th, 2025, a “Autumn Limited Full-Course Meal” is offered at Restaurant Tamatebako in the media art and restaurant “HELLO KITTY SMILE” on Awaji Island.
There are two types of full-course meals: the “Autumn Limited Smile Special Meal” and the “Autumn Limited Smile Meal,” which use plenty of carefully selected autumn ingredients such as eggplant, chestnuts, Awaji beef, and Awaji chicken.
There are three Hello Kitty-themed attractions on Awaji Island: HELLO KITTY SMILE, HELLO KITTY SHOW BOX (a restaurant theater) and HELLO KITTY APPLE HOUSE (360° projection mapping show and observation deck). At the first two, Hello Kitty herself will meet and greet with you to pose for a photo with you. These facilities are must-visit place for Hello Kitty fans and those who like “kawaii (cute)” items.
Awaji Island located in the Set Inland Sea is just one hour from Osaka and 30 min. from Kobe Sannomiya by car/public transportation.

About HELLO KITTY SMILE
HELLO KITTY SMILE has two restaurants and a media art area that depicts a fantastic Palace of Dragon Princess where Hello Kitty wearing Otohime (princess)’s costume and sea creatures come and go. At the restaurant Tamatebako, you can enjoy healthy single-pot dishes made with ingredients sourced from Awaji Island, fresh seafood from the Seto Inland Sea, and dim sum while looking out at the Harimanada Sea.
