From September 1st to October 15th, 2025, early autumn limited courses will be offered at Auberge French no Mori, a residential restaurant on Awaji Island. You can enjoy the beauty and deliciousness that can only be found in early autumn while feeling the lingering heat of the summer.

At “La Rose” and “Grand Baobab” in “Auberge French Forest”, French courses available only in early autumn will be available, featuring high-quality ingredients such as Awaji Island’s high-quality “Awaji Beef” and Japanese black beef “Izanami Kuro Beef”, as well as seasonal autumn ingredients such as figs, chestnuts, and pione.

“La Rose”, which creates dishes that fuse French and Japanese cuisine, offers French courses made with autumn vegetables and fruits that will tickle your curiosity.
Appetizers such as rice chips with kelp-flavored fish and lemon flavor and creamy black bean gougère are followed by exquisite main dishes such as grilled Awaji beef with magnolia leaves and foie gras poire.
