From June 20th to July 31st, 2025, the restaurant “Aman no Shokutaku” on Awaji Island will be offering early summer limited set meals where you can enjoy the taste of summer.
The restaurant “Utage” on the 1st floor offers “Utage Kaiseki Gozen” and “Wagyu Utage Gozen”, and the restaurant “Utage” on the 2nd floor offers “Awaji Beef Kaidon” and “Awaji Beef Steak Ju”.
Early Summer Limited Set Meals
At the two restaurants located on the 1st and 2nd floors of Aman no Shokutaku, you can enjoy a plate of delicacies filled with the summer flavors of Awaji Island and the blessings of nature from the sea and mountains.
“Utage Kaiseki Gozen” includes a colorful array of dishes, including fragrant salt-grilled sweetfish slowly grilled on a charcoal grill, as well as seasonal sashimi, seasonal platters, and chawan mushi.
- Utage Kaiseki Gozen: 4,800 yen
“Wagyu Utage Gozen” is a hearty dish of tender, juicy roasted Wagyu beef served with fragrant Awaji summer vegetables grilled over charcoal.
- Wagyu Utage Gozen: 3,500 yen
“Awaji Gyukaidon” is a bowl of rice topped with melt-in-your-mouth Awaji beef sirloin, sea urchin from Awaji, and salmon roe.
- Awaji Gyukaidon: 5,500 yen
“Awaji Beef Steak Ju” is a generous amount of Awaji Beef Steak, which allows you to enjoy the flavor of the meat, on top of white rice.

In addition, the restaurant “Utage” serves Japanese cuisine that inherits the traditions of Awaji Island and enjoys the knowledge of the past and the new. At the restaurant “Sajiki”, we offer Teppanyaki and Sukiyaki made with carefully selected high-quality ingredients that are prepared right in front of our customers.
