From November 2, 2024, the thunder wolf dragon “Zinogre” will appear in the limited-time attraction “Monster Hunter The Field in Nijigen no Mori” being held at Nijigen no Mori on Awaji Island. In addition, participants must be Hunter Rank 2 or higher in order to defeat the thunder wolf dragon “Zinogre”.
Furthermore, a life-sized “Zinogre Balloon” with a total length of approximately 10 meters will be installed at the entrance to the F parking lot in Nijigennomori. It has an impressive appearance just like that game.
Thunder Wolf Dragon “Zinogre” Appear
In this attraction, participants can become new hunters visiting the “Awaji Meeting Hall”. By taking on training quests, each hunter will raise their rank and aim to become a skilled hunter. The training quests consist of two parts: “Field Exploration” and “Large Monster Defeat”.
In “Large Monster Defeat”, players equip action controllers and tracking devices to fight large monster on the screen. The aim is to avoid large monster attacks and attack and defeat large monster.
By using the “Hunter’s ID,” a personalized authentication IC tag, players can increase their “Hunter Rank” by defeating more monsters, and their data can be carried over to the next and subsequent defeats.
Up until now, the fire dragon “Rathalos” and the thunder wolf dragon “Zinogre” have appeared in “Large Monster Defeat,” but from spring 2025, the bubble fox dragon “Mizutsune” will also appear.

To defeat the thunder wolf dragon “Zinogre” you need Hunter Rank 2 or higher, but to defeat the fire dragon “Rathalos” you need Hunter Rank 1 or higher to defeat the lower rank, and Hunter Rank 2 or higher to defeat the higher rank.
This will be a face-to-face meeting with one of the most popular characters in the series, the thunder wolf dragon “Zinogre”, which fans have been waiting for.
