Summer Limited Course “Ryoen” at Uminoya in SEIKAIHA

From June 1, 2025 to August 31, 2025, the summer limited course “Ryoen” will be offered at the Western restaurant Uminoya in the theater and restaurant SEIKAIHA on Awaji Island.

It uses plenty of summer ingredients, such as conger eel and sea bass, which are popular summer ingredients, and Awaji beef, a popular brand of beef from Awaji Island.

Summer Limited Course “Ryoen”

The summer limited course “Ryoen” starts with a cool and gorgeous amuse of seasonal vegetables. The meal continues with appetizers and fish dishes using seasonal conger eel and sea bass from Awaji Island.

The main dish is grilled Awaji beef, which is full of rich flavor. The dessert is a summery sweet that is made with a fluffy baked soufflé that captures the faint scent of orange, and is served with crepe suzette.

It will be a “Cool Feast” where you can enjoy Awaji Island’s summer ingredients with all five senses. You can spend an unforgettable summer moment while looking out at the cobalt blue sparkling Harima-Nada Sea stretching out in front of you.
