Why not visit one of these facilities this summer before they become extremely popular and filled up with reservations?

Soba Kappo-style Restaurant, Oh SOBAR, with Excellent Cooking Skills and Its Specialty, Unique Soba

This restaurant offers a rich cuisine that uses ingredients from Awaji Island, which has been blessed with an abundance of seafood and mountain produce since ancient times, and is rich with the land and its four seasons. The restaurant offers a spectacular view of the inland sea and the chef’s skillful cuisine to make your day a special one.
A kappo-style restaurant is a place where guests can enjoy a la carte dishes in addition to set meals or full-course meals casually. The main attraction of the restaurant is that you can enjoy a variety of soba tastes at such as “Nihachi Soba (80% buckwheat and 20% wheat),” soba made with healthy konjac, “Akamoku (seaweed)” which is said to have high nutritional value, and “Choumeisou (Peucedanum japanicum) which is said to have good effects on health such as anti-aging as well as on skin.

We offer a variety of menus to meet various needs, from a kaiseki full-course meal that allows you to enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine from appetizers to dessert, to a lunch-only set meal that allows you to enjoy our special soba noodles at a reasonable price. In addition to the main dish of Soba, you can enjoy Kakiage (deep fried seafood) using onions from Awaji Island, sashimi, tempura, and other fresh seafood.

The new restaurant, which is attracting attention as a luxurious space that harmonizes with the spectacular scenery of Awaji Island, is a hot spot with architecture and interior design by Yasumichi Morita (GLAMOROUS co.,ltd.), a designer who is highly acclaimed in Japan and abroad. The concept is “coexistence with the nature of Awaji Island.” The building was designed to make the most of the sea scenery of Harimanada, which changes its expression with the passage of time and with the seasons, so that visitors can experience a different spectacular view each time they visit. Particularly noteworthy are the infinity pool and the torchlight effect, which are arranged to blur the boundary between the facility and the sea. The design blends nature and architecture to create a sense of openness and unusualness that is unique to Awaji Island, making this a new facility recommended for this summer.
