[H] Omurice no Ricotta (Western style)
Omurice is a unique Japanese dish with western influence, which is fried rice seasoned with ketchup or sauce wrapped by eggs, often with sauce and some toppings. Each restaurant has its original version with its own arrangement.
We use eggs from Kitazaka Chicken Farm's “Momiji” brand, Awaji Island coarse salt as a secret ingredient, and sweet onions from Awaji Island for toppings. The fluffy soft egg omelet rice pairs perfectly with the spicy and sweet ketchup rice.
For sauce, choose between a demi-glace sauce made with a sweet wine base and a hint of chocolate, or a white sauce crafted from Takumi Awaji Island milk and Awaji Island onions.
For a topping, we recommend a hamburger steak made with Awaji beef. Why not try a unique Japanese-Western cuisine you can only have in Japan!
