Nojima Scuola Renewed Its Italian Menus

Ristorante Scuola at the Nojima Scuola facility is currently celebrating its 11th anniversary. The Italian restaurant has renewed three full- course meals for lunch and two full- course meals for dinner, capturing the essence of “umami” (“the fifth taste, that is savory deliciousness which is not sweet, sour, salty or bitter) form Awaji Island.

Full-Course Lunch:

Vento:　Salad, Pasta and Dessert
Choose  a pasta from a selection of four options, including pasta made with the Awaji Island tomatoes known for their rich flavor and balanced sweetness and acidity.

Luce: Appetizer, First Course, Second Second Course, and Dessert
Featuring a main dish from a selection of three options; a fish dish, one made with premium, tender Awaji pork and another one using the award-winning “Awaji Kunugiza Beef.”

Sole: 6 courses
It is an “omakase” style lunch, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients abundantly. It is a great way to savor Awaji Island’s seasonal ingredients. “Omakase” is a series of dishes selected by the chef at his discretion.

Full-Course Dinner:

Luna: Small Appetizer, Appetizer, First Course, Second Course, and Dessert
Similar to the full-course lunch Luce, it includes a selection from three options: a fish dish, a dish made with premium Awaji pork and a main course featuring “Awaji Kunugiza Beef.”

Stella: 6 courses
It is an “omakase” style by the chef’s choice, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients abundantly. It is a nice way to be surprised by creativity of the chef.

A Menu for Children, Pinocchio:5 dishes (for elementary school children and younger)
A special meal for children, including a hamburger, pasta with meat sauce, mini salads, dessert and apple juice or orange juice.
