From June 1st to June 30th, 2025, Cafe Scola, located in Nojima Scola, a commercial complex that is a renovated former elementary school on Awaji Island, will offer “Loquat Sweets” using loquats grown in Awaji Island.
It will be a “Loquat Fair” where menus will be lined up using the famous “Loquat” grown naturally on Awaji Island. You can fully enjoy Awaji Island in early summer while tasting the seasonal ingredient “Loquat”.

Early Summer Limited Loquat Sweets
There are three types of loquat sweets available only in early summer: “loquan rare cheesecake”, “loquan panna cotta”, and “loquan semifreddo”. There are three types of loquat drinks available only in early summer: “Loquan Mojito”, “Loquan Jelly Soda”, and “Loquat Jasmine Tea”.
“Rare Loquat Cheesecake” is a cheesecake that perfectly blends the richness of cream cheese with the sourness of lemon, and is made with juicy loquats, making it a smooth cake that melts in your mouth. To finish it off, it’s topped with fragrant, caramelized loquats. You can enjoy a different texture from the loquat in brûlée.
“Loquat Panna Cotta” is characterized by the smooth texture and gentle sweetness of panna cotta, and is topped with seasonal loquat compote. “Loquat Semifreddo” is a semi-thawed ice cream cake-like sweet.
“Loquat Mojito” is a non-alcoholic cocktail that combines the sweetness of loquat with the refreshing taste of lime and mint. “Loquat Jelly Soda” is a dessert-like dish that combines the texture of loquat jelly with the carbonic acid.
