The summer-limited menu “Pike Conger Gozen” is a conger-filled meal that uses plenty of natural conger eel from Awaji Island, which is in season in the summer. We use extremely fresh conger eel caught on the same day at Yura Port on Awaji Island.
“Hamo Sushi” is a perfect combination of fluffy hamo and vinegared rice. It is a summer tradition that fills your mouth with its elegant sweetness and aroma.

“Hamo nabe” has the high-quality flavor of the conger eel seeped into the soup stock. It has a gentle and nutritious taste. “Hamo tempura” is wrapped in a light, crispy batter, and the fluffy sweetness of the meat stands out.
