Awaji Chef Garden by PASONA is an outdoor resort restaurant located in the northwestern part of Awaji Island. Popular stores of various genres from all over Japan gathered here. Approximately 30 restaurants have opened in Awaji Island, which is known as a treasure trove of food ingredients and is home to chefs from all over the country. A wide variety of cuisines are offered.
At our 600-seat terrace overlooking the Seto Inland Sea, you can enjoy exquisite cuisine made with fresh ingredients purchased from local producers. You can enjoy the resort feeling with the spectacular ocean view, colorful container houses, green lawns, rows of palm trees, and terrace seating under parasols.
In a location that has been selected as one of Japan's 100 best sunsets, you can enjoy a variety of gourmet cuisine made with plenty of Awaji Island ingredients with your friends, lover, and family.
"Awaji Chef Garden by PASONA" is a successor facility to "Awaji Chef Garden", an outdoor restaurant that operated on the east coast of Awaji Island until November 2022. The container store that was used at the time was relocated and opened on the west coast of Awaji Island in April 2023.

Spice×Spice（Curry）
"Spice x Spice" offers two types of spice curry that are made with fresh vegetables grown at their own farm. It also offers a classic drink called ``Lassi'' that goes perfectly with curry made with Awaji Island milk and Awaji Island yogurt.

Hoshigaoka Seimenjo（Kishimen）
Kishimen from the popular Hoshigaoka Seimenjo in Nagoya, the home of kishimen, has made its return to Awaji Chef Garden by PASONA. The restaurant's concept is "Just Delicious Kishimen for Everyday Life."
Wide kishimen noodles are extremely thin and glutinous, and even when stretched, they do not break easily. Overturning conventional concepts, kishimen will be served in collaboration with carefully selected Awaji Island ingredients.
Slurp up these slippery, chewy, refreshing noodles.
