Summer Limited Sweets “Lemon Pancakes”
The summer-limited sweet “Lemon Pancake” is a fluffy pancake made with luxurious Awaji Island milk and Awaji Island eggs, and topped with plenty of Awaji Island lemon sauce, which has a high sugar content and mellow sourness.
It is served with a light and melt-in-the-mouth lemon espuma. As a result, the balance of flavor, acidity, and texture is maximized.
While looking out at the sparkling Seto Inland Sea, you can enjoy a limited-time menu perfect for summer, with a perfect balance of refreshing lemon scent and mellow acidity, on the garden terrace with a wide expanse of green grass.
