“Hana Chirashi Sushi Zen” is a masterpiece made with spring vegetables such as crunchy lotus root and rape blossoms with a unique aroma, and luxuriously topped with jewel-like salmon roe and shrimp. And that includes tempura and sashimi made with seasonal spring ingredients.

“Sakura sea bream and Awaji Island cherry salmon Spring Gozen” uses luxurious ingredients that are popular in spring on Awaji Island. Sakura sea bream is characterized by its bright pink skin, and you can enjoy its umami, subtle sweetness, and fatty texture. Awaji Island cherry salmon is highly rare and is characterized by its elegant fat and moist, thick flesh. And that includes sushi and hot pot.
