Ristorante Scola

Ristorante Scola is an Italian restaurant located on the second floor of Nojima Scola. It is produced by Chef Masayuki Okuda, who is said to be a master of local production and local consumption and has been selected as one of the "1000 Chefs in the World".

The restaurant offers creative Italian cuisine that makes the most of seasonal ingredients from Awaji Island, a food country carefully selected by the chef himself. This is local gastronomy where you can enjoy seasonal ingredients from Awaji Island with all five senses.

The menu mainly consists of 3 lunch courses and 2 dinner courses using seasonal ingredients, but there is also an a la carte option. We also have a wide selection of wine pairings and non-alcoholic drinks.

The course starts with a salad using Awaji Island vegetables, a choice of pasta made with Awaji Island tomatoes and eggs, and a main dish using Awaji Kyuza beef, which has a unique melt-in-the-mouth texture, so you can enjoy gourmet food from Awaji Island.

Cafe Scola is a cafe restaurant located on the 1st floor of Nojima Scola. The school-like space, with traces of former classrooms, has a different atmosphere than other restaurants. There are indoor table seats, outdoor terrace seats, and a dog terrace.

The lunch buffet, where you can choose your main course, is popular. For the main course, you can choose from pasta, curry, omelet rice, etc. Comes with an all-you-can-eat salad buffet of vegetables. A salad bar with over 20 types of fresh vegetables.

Dog Run is located on the lawn of Nojima Scola. Admission is free for small to medium sized dogs. Nojima Marche

Nojima Marche is a farmers' marche located at the entrance on the first floor of Nojima Scola. We sell fresh vegetables from Awaji Island. There are approximately 250 types of products, including local specialties and sweets.

Popular souvenirs include bagna cauda, ​​original frozen curry, vegan macarons, craft beer, and branded onions. In addition, the Marche will sell "print cookies" featuring Nojima Zoo's popular animals, as well as stuffed animals shaped like chewing alpacas.

Nojima Bakery

Nojima Bakery is a bakery located at the entrance on the first floor of Nojima Scola. The bread does not use preservatives or coloring agents, and the ingredients are domestically produced or produced in Awaji Island, making it a bread that is kind to both the body and the environment.

Animal breads shaped like various kinds of animals are very popular with children. This fluffy bread with plenty of milk is the ultimate delicacy. The onion bread, made with luxurious onions, cheese, and bacon from Awaji Island, is recommended as a souvenir.

Nojima Zoo

Nojima Zoo is a zoo located in the square of Nojima Scola. There, you can interact with many animals such as alpacas, goats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and mini pigs. The only alpacas bred on Awaji Island are popular. It became a hot topic on TV as an alpaca that only chews on women. You can enjoy feeding the cute animals and holding them.

You can also see the bridge over which goats walk overhead, which is called the "Goat Walk in the Sky". Admission is free. However, you will need to purchase animal food to enter.
