There, three buildings with different tastes serve authentic French cuisine that brings out the charm of Awaji Island's seasonal ingredients.
You can enjoy three types of local gastronomy on Awaji Island, which was known as the food treasure trove that was said to have been presented to the imperial court since ancient times. At an auberge located in the midst of magnificent nature, you can enjoy exquisite food and a relaxing relaxing time.
There are three restaurants: "La Rose", "Grand Baobab" and "Prince Etoile". The second floor of each store will be a room where you will stay as an auberge. Awaji Island is similar to Spain's Basque region, which is known as the "city of gastronomy" due to its rich variety of ingredients. A new French course menu will be introduced that combines Basque cuisine, which uses simple ingredients, with French techniques.
For lunch and dinner, you can choose from three types: a full course that uses ingredients from Awaji Island and combines Basque cuisine with French techniques, a full course that the chef carefully selects and prepares the most delicious ingredients of the season, and a luxurious special course that uses Awaji Island's carefully selected seasonal ingredients and high-quality ingredients.
Accommodation
Accommodation will be in rooms on the second floor of three different restaurants. The rooms are decorated to resemble a French mansion. Dinner is an exquisite meal from three local gastronomies. After enjoying the best dinner, you can relax and go to bed.
In the morning, you can wake up feeling refreshed while listening to the chirping of birds in a space surrounded by the tranquility of nature. Breakfast is the chef's carefully selected food, including special egg dishes, salads, and drinks.
Please note that dinner and breakfast are included with your stay. It is not possible to stay overnight without meals. Check-in is from 16:00 to 19:00, check-out is until 10:30.
