Nijigennomori Anime Awaji Island Park, located on Awaji Island in Hyogo Prefecture, will hold a limited-time event called “Nijigennomori POPUP Store in Annex Aoyama” at the Annex Aoyama event space in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo, from Tuesday, August 5 to Sunday, August 17.
Nijigennomori is a popular anime-themed park offering attractions based on various anime, games and pop icons where visitors can immerse themselves in the real world of their favorite characters.
Awaji Island located in the Seto Inland Sea is just one hour from Osaka and 30 min. from Kobe by car/public transportation. The island is filled with rich nature including a beautiful sunset selected a one of the “Top 100 Sunsets in Japan, gourmet food, interesting culture and Japan’s mystical history as the birthplace of Japan.

Pop-up Store Details
The walls of the two-story “Annex Aoyama” are decorated with a massive graphic of the extinct dragon “Nergigante,” which also appears in the limited-time attraction “Monster Hunter: The Field” currently running at Nijigennomori. This is creating a new photo spot in Tokyo’s Minami-Aoyama district, showcasing the ominous presence of Nergigante and promoting “Nijigennomori Anime Awaji Island Park.” A pop-up store for the entire “Nijigennomori Anime Awaji Island Park” sells original collaboration goods from popular attractions such as “Dragon Quest Island,” “Crayon Shinchan Adventure Park,” “Godzilla Interception Operation,” and “NARUTO & BORUTO Shinobizato (Ninja Village).”
In addition, the special missions of the attraction “NARUTO & BORUTO Shinobizato” at Nijigennomori are given to visitors in Tokyo for the first time. By using the event space “Annex Aoyama” and the square in front of it let’s solve puzzles and aim to complete the missions. At this pop-up store, four popular special missions at Nijigenonomori on Awaji Island are being offered.
