Oh-SOBAR is a restaurant where you can enjoy authentic soba kappou (buckwheat noodle kappou) cuisine
that is nourishing for the body, and lavishly uses seasonal ingredients from the rich natural environment of Awaji Island.

Starting with appetizers that take full advantage of the flavor of the ingredients, such as steamed egg custard with onions and fava beans from Awaji Island.
Enjoy seasonal delicacies such as grilled hamo (pike conger eel) and seasonal tempura.
